Christian is the Founder and President of Ginkgo Sustainability. Before he established GINKGO, Christian worked for a Kitchener-based roofing contractor’s green roofing division. Prior to his foray into business, for reasons unknown, Christian completed a degree in Philosophy. When he is not quoting, working with clients and suppliers, or getting his hands dirty on a roof, you may find him running an obstacle course or spending time in the wilds of southwestern Ontario.
Carrie joined in June 2019 as GINKGO's Customer Success Manager. Since then she has taken on the position of General Director and is using her previous corporate experience to quarterback the growing GINKGO team. Outside of work Carrie can be found hanging out with her kids, catching up with friends, or planning her next visit to Ireland (and beyond).
Sean first began working in Technology as a Market Researcher for a Search Engine start-up in 2001. Since then, he has built a unique multi-track career spanning the Arts, Applied Sciences, Education, and Strategic Management.
A talented communicator and gifted problem solver, Sean strives to be a rising tide that lifts all ships. He is a capable leader with experience managing diverse groups in multiple disciplines, building and motivating teams that are resilient, responsive, and self-reliant.
Mike joined GINGKO in 2020 as a Business and Finance Advisor with a focus on the execution and development of integrated business strategies and assessments. In the course of his 25+ year career as a seasoned business executive, he has led and delivered numerous financial and operational initiatives centered on business value creation.
He has achieved successes in the development of alternative solutions for strategic business direction, financial management, business financings, acquisitions and divestitures, business performance and operational efficiency maximization, technology funding, risk assessments and business process re-engineering.
Founded in 2010, Ginkgo Sustainability Inc. was born out of a love for the environment and a passion for sustainable business. We are driven by our mission to connect the living and built environments through the installation of living roofs and the installation and manufacture of living walls.
Launched in 2021, The Technology Division of Ginkgo was created to expand the company’s capabilities through technology, and widen its ability to serve partners, customers, and their communities around the world.
Our Flagship product is meant to lay the foundation for further products that make sustainable business more affordable and more profitable for everyone.
